$297 Private Event Experience Fee reserves your date and covers the hosted experience, guided activity flow, standard setup, premium boutique presentation, Heart Ceremony, Naming Moment, Pearl Photo Moment, and local setup within 15 miles of San Tan Valley. Includes a guided experience with a Plush & Pearl Experience Curator.

$35–$45 per participating child depending on selected plush style. Each child receives a plush friend, stuffing activity, love heart, custom event shirt, adoption certificate, and take-home plush keepsake.

10-child minimum for private party reservations.

Second plush style, specialty outfits, and take-home packaging: optional Custom Enhancements.

Our Signature Plush Experience includes standard setup and local travel within 15 miles of San Tan Valley, Arizona. Additional travel and setup fees may apply for events outside our local service area. Fees are based on event location, travel time, setup needs, and availability.

We confirm any travel/setup fee before your reservation is finalized, so there are no surprises.

To keep every experience beautifully prepared, Plush & Pearl Co. follows a clear reservation process. Full policies are shared before booking and must be accepted before your date is confirmed.

  • $297 Private Event Experience Fee reserves your date
  • Final balance, child count, plush selection, and theme details are due 21 days before the event
  • Events booked within 21 days require payment in full and are subject to supply availability
  • Private Event Experience Fee is non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 21 days’ notice
  • Travel/setup fees may apply based on event location
  • Client provides table, seating, and safe event space
  • Parent/guardian supervision is required during the activity
  • Photo/media permission is requested separately

What does “first-come, first-served” mean?

Each weekend has limited private experience availability. Dates are held in the order reservations are confirmed — your date is officially secured once your $297 Private Event Experience Fee is received. Until then, the date remains open to other inquiring families.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance, final child count, plush selection, theme details, and custom enhancements are due 21 days before your event. Events booked within 21 days require payment in full at the time of booking and are subject to supply availability.
